Placing an Order!

Placing an order at Canco Shop is easy. You can place your order:

On-line : visit www.CancoShop.ca and follow the instructions.

By Fax : Simply fill out the order form (www.CancoShop.ca/orderform) and fax it to 416-229-1774. Our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order.

By E-mail : Simply fill out the order form (www.CancoShop.ca/e-mail) and send it to us. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your order.

By Telephone : Call us at 416-877-5856 or Toll free at 1-800-449-2141. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives will assist you to place your order.

In Stores : You can find our products in many stores, click here to find the stores in your area.


Payment and Billing!

We accept the following method of payments:

- VISA
- MasterCard
- Cheque (By Mail):

If you choose to pay for your order through a mail (Personal Cheque), please note that we will gladly process your order immediately after receiving your payment. Please write your Cheques payable to "Canco Canada Corporation" and provide your Order Number on the cheque as a reference.


Shipping and Delivery!
How long does it take to receive my order?

How quickly your order will arrive depends on three things:

- item availability
- shipping method
- date ordered

For instance, some items are available to ship within 24 hours, while others may not be immediately available. Some shipping methods are faster than others. Orders placed on a Monday usually ship faster than orders placed on a Friday, since Friday is followed by the weekend.

How do I know when the product(s) will arrive?

You may check the status of your order online at http://www.cancoshop.ca/SignIn.asp?refer=MyAccount.asp or call us to get an update on the status of the shipping.


What are the shipping methods and costs?

We use Canpar shipping company for all of our shippings. There are two methods of shipping:

- Canpar Regular
- Canpar Express

How do I know if my order went through?

Immediately after completing your order, we send you a confirmation e-mail.
You may also call us to get the most recent satus of your order.


Returning your order!
How can I return an Item?

Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer service department to arrange for the return.

What if I receive damaged or defective items?

Canco Shop will replace any item that is defective or damaged. Please call our customer service department to arrange for the replacement.

When and how I get my refund?

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days after we receive your return.
